Incidentally, there has been a lot of debate about Xtol shelf life, film through airport X-ray equipment and leaving exposed film for extended periods undeveloped. This film was x-rayed 6 times, left exposed and not developed for 7 months and developed with Xtol I mixed up 9 months ago (kept in brim full green gin bottles). I can't see any major problems from any of that. Of course, I did test the Xtol before I developed this film -it was fine.
Good that you tested the Xtol FIRST!!! The X-rays are benign IF (and, apparently, only 'if') you have them examined as a carry-on, and NOT as checked baggage. My parents went to the Soviet Union in 1979 and ALL of their 'chromes' were washed out because of this. They did not know and, at the time, neither did I. - David Lyga
