Bridge To No Where

Abandoned motor vehicle bridge, along the Red Coat Trail, Saskatchewan. The Red Coat Trail series has been one that I have been working on whenever I am in the province of Saskatchewan (my home prov.)
Location
On The Red Coat Trail near Scotsguard.

Canham 8x10
Film & Developer
HP5 8x10; Pyrocat-HD
I like the image but the clouds are what really get my attention! I hope I get some interesting clouds like that when I go home this summer (I find that Japan just does not offer the same type of sky/clouds that we get in the Prairies).
 
'Certainly a lovely sky (orange filter?). 'Odd how attachments fix to one or more attributes of place. I have a sense of what you & Moose mean. There are also landscape/weather elements what encapsulate a similar sense, usually mixed w/ some sense of 'home'.
 
Interesting image! Used my hand to crop the right 60% of the image and discovered another interesting composition. Like the repeating forms created by the left side of the bridge and the shadows of the bridge and also the clouds which seem to repeat themselves.
