Thanks Bertil. The Vanadium is such a rich buttery yellow, seems to work best on dirty negatives and slightly fogged paper. I dip it into the copper as well but that had ceased to work.

Have never tried Vanadium toner, looks very nice -have to google on that stuff, have a lot of fogged papaer!

Good contrast. The bird stands out nicely without being blown out. IMHO.

Thanks people.
At first I thought I completely muffed the shot, but I went back to it a realized the eye of the bird was in focus and the white bird and dark back ground makes it stand out. A little tonal bleaching helps.

Wonderful image, and the heavy toning strongly contributes. Hard (or impossible) to accomplish that with inkjet print without using hand-made papers.
