Hasselblad 500c, Zeiss 80mm Planar, Fujimoto G70 dichroic enlarger on condenser system.
Film & Developer
Ilford Delta 100 Professional, Xtol 1:1 one shot 9'20" at 23°C, fixed in TF-4
Paper & Developer
Ilford MG IV RC paper, Arista paper developer, TF-4 single fix
Lens Filter

Thinking about it a little better, the whole left side of the scene is too dark for me, even the clouds.

Maybe you could try using the same exposure time, but start dodging the whole left half of the image (just to the left of the rig) at 3/4 the exposure time. That should give, roughly, one whole stop less exposure and improve the detail in the darker areas.

About the white spots: check the condenser, whatever piece of glass you may have below it, the holder and the negative. Clean everything and blow the negative before sticking it into the enlarger.
 
You're welcome! I focused so much on what I think should be "fixed" that I forgot to talk about what I did like: composition is great, even with the seemingly "unnecessary" puddles to the left; the light rays coming throug the clouds are awesome! The rig is pitch black (just a silhouette), which I believe was what you intended and what I would like, if I had shot the scene.
