Kallitype print. Shot this one last March on Rollei IR. Then enlarged/cropped onto Ektascan B/RA, and the positive contact printed onto another sheet of B/RA for resulting negative. I'm pleased to say that this film works well...although a bit of work!
Wow! Stunningly radiant image. A real puzzle in lighting....
And similar to my intrigue with your gorgeous carbon print of the rain forest, which i am still reading up on, this Kallitype is gorgeous! I had been looking into argyrotype as a place to start to avoid any contact or use with/of silver nitrate (including not staining negatives in sun exposure) but i may just leap to Pt/Pd. Some day......
Thank you, everyone! I'm debating whether or not to make a carbon print, or a carbon over kallitype...or both. Decisions, decisions! The copy negative's DR is a wee bit short for carbon, but I'll give it a whirl tonight. If it works, then that'll save me the trouble of making a copy negative for carbon. I must be getting lazy, or something...
