Is this a nude shot with your 5x7 then digital manipulation with a new nwgative made and then palatinum printed. Or are these manicans?

I am sure the model is just wearing black hoods with the cracks made on the negative or print by hand. I've seen other attempts to pseudo-ancient marbles but this is the most "reallistic" one.
