re Bread: There are a number of bakers in this group. To my pleasant surprise, I was able to find the thread I vaguely remembered. I do some rustic sourdoughs and an assortment of yeast breads, but not as much as I once did, as I'm trying to pare down my bulk a bit!
D. Nice one on finding the link. Thank You! I could stand some paring also & only do commercial yeast in dire circumstance. 'Still working, so the sandwich is too well suited to change there. I did find changes in appetite from the SD. 'Less interest in sugars, hunger comes on more gradually. When I have a foot long Subway & do much physical exersion, I'll be hungry again in 60-90 min.
