For all the shots I've seen of the bldg, not seen this perspective. 'Looks very good to me. 'Never knew the surface had texture. All the night shots I'd seen was of the overall form (which is nice). Good eye.
 
Nick, this is a wonderful slice take on this iconic locale. From this angle I honestly thought at first glance of the thumbnail it was a tail section of a dirigible or blimp of some sort. Neat abstract look.
 
This is a beautiful photograph and the fact that it's such an unusual perspective on an often-photographed building makes it even better.
 
I'll agree with others in that this is a very interesting take on an iconic structure we've all seen in many photographs before. I really like the combination of curves and surface textures.
 
Thanks all! It's a wonderful building to explore over time, and has a way of offering up details and moments you've never noticed before (the sign of genuinely good architecture?)
