How did you get a perfect double exposure for chrome ? That is a wicked looking image, whether intentional or not. I would crop the too obvious car details above and below, and leave it totally abstract.
 
The only thing I can think of for how it happened was changing backs & somehow caught the dark slide as I was moving. 'Thought it would affect only the one frame, but 3 had issues.
On the crop - I would think to from the bottom, to crop upwards, leaving the "Oregon" w/ dot on either side. I like it for some reason. The top crop is less clear. My eye wants to keep the Chevrolet & the glass hood ornament at 2 o'clock. That would leave the top chrome band above Chevrolet to be removed. Is that your thinking? or more radical surgery?

If you eliminate the Oregon sign, there is a shape like a Crucifix (or the Sword in the Stone) standin on the boys foot !
 
Hmm. That *is* tempting. 'Preciate your pointing it out. 'Loses the near headlight, but the far one shows through.
