The thumbnail for whatever reason, didn't convey the almost surreal effect of the layering of hue, texture, tone - which makes this work for me. 'Nice visual layer cake.

This is cool. I like how the cloud shape and the brown shape kind of mimic each other. Neat bands of shape.

I can't believe this has only received two comments. Beautiful composition and awesome light. You've captured the sun reflecting off the wave crest and I also like the way the cloud and sand shapes match.

I would like to say it was carefully considered and composed at the time, but truth is this was 90% serendipity; a nice shot from the roll. Thanks for the comments
