It's a nice image, but it does seem to be suffering from a bit of tonal compression/flatness. Was this a print scan on a flatbed? How does your original fare in comparison to this?
 
This is a scan of the print. It's not a glossy paper so d-max is down some. It's just a work print I made today. I haven't played with it yet.
