'Not sure if its verboten or not, but its sepia from LR. I'd never messed w/ those before, but this looked decent to me. Should it be the case its a procedure that's out of bounds for analog, I'll gladly re-do.

Nice Phaelenopsis and very carefully composed ! Now that ToadMen mentions it, strange that the scanner produces that color from a negative scan ? Although looking at my older Pyro negs, they are blue. Could it be that the inversal process generates a color inversion too ?

Hi Peter. I scan in 48b color & Mono in LR after an article on getting good scans. Now the weird part is that some come through w/ an unprintably dark sepia tint, some with no apparent tint. The raw scan shows some sepia tone, but not this much. 'Posting over in technical gallery for you to see. I don't remember dropping the neg on the floor, but its dirty as heck.

I can only guess this is what gives the brown/sepia coloring to the raw color scan.
