I like the structure detail at the base. I see the 'auto' exposure - 'gives autoexposure a very good name. Tones in the shaded girders is most enticing.
I like the composition and range of tones. A lot of visual real estate to explore. Especially the dark areas. I guess this image, enlarged to 11x14 or larger, will display its full range. Great work !
Thanks, all! I was really happy how the light reflected off that left vertical beam came out - it caught my attention enough to dig camera out of the car trunk. i have been holding back putting this in my 5222 album because of the extreme highlights. Been studying it for the past couple of months. I will finish the rolls of 5222 i have, and will enjoy shooting, but may not go back to it (i thing @ColColt has the same reaction). Exposed at box speed - 200. I am thinking of moving to Fuji Acros in roll film. I used it a bit in 4x5 but for some reason was put off it. I have been studying those negatives and contact prints, and have been coming around to appreciating its look. So, for 35mm and my new (to me) MF camera i am in decision mode.
