Hi Col.
Its a local landmark that is shot by everybody & their dog. About the time I like one of my shots, I look at Zeb Andrews' incredible work & am back down to earth. His are the best shots of this bridge I've ever seen. 'Has his own site & is on flickr. 'A very talented and wonderful guy.
Thank you, Andrew. Your thoughts on most any topic carry alot of weight in my tiny mind.
Its PyroHD, semi. Same 30s initial, but this got a single inversion at 20m. Next roll will likely get 3 inversions at 20m & nothing further. This one had less contrast & no blown highlights, but edge effects seem a bit more subdued. So far, I don't think I've gotten any uneven dev yet. The tank calls for 500ml for a single roll of 120, and I mix and use 600.
Looking at the range of tones here, I would say that your process is working well. It really has a beautiful look to it, and the sky is held well too. BTW, I thought it was a juke box too
Tony, Thank You. If it looks right to you & Andrew, it can't be far off. Andrew first suggested PHD & you chimed in shortly after. I appreciate your thought on any topic.
