This poor lady watched me take pictures and then strolled up to me to ask for 75 cents to buy a Coke. The heavy coat was out of place for the 73 degrees it was yesterday.
 
It could easily be Portland - very similar scenes daily. When I worked downtown, I got hit up by the same people w/ the same lines for about 3 yrs.
