'Getting a first roll of HP5 through the Retina IIIc. f11, 4s
'Looks like image detail fields are MIA. HP5, HC-110 1:150 semi stand.
Beautiful mood ! I would have darkened the fern leaves and the bottom area, so they don't compete with the light reflections and guide the eye into the water, over the river and into the fog.
BTW : What is a Retina IIIc ?
 
Peter, Thank You. You're right about a competition for attention w/ the ferns. The Retina is a German built Koday compact 35, of which the IIIc was the last of the line (unless you count IIIC) before they switched to the Retina Reflex (slr). It was a 1956 camera, using Schneider or Rodanon(sp) optics. Size-wise, my size XL hand covers about 97% of its size. 'Pocket-size quality all manual camera.
