Ford Tonner Hubcap

I was playing with an old 240mm "Brown Mfg." process lens on 5X7 this weekend and what you see here is a 35mm film area grab from one of the negs. I was interested in sharpness of this old lens of very little value. I shot it wide open at f9. This is what a Nikon could have done with that lens.

Shameless comment on my own image. That hubcap was picked up at the Tonopah dump maybe 20 years ago. It hung on a fence post in the back yard. Then one day a '39 Ford Ton truck was speaking to me on Ebay. Buy me! Buy me. I went up to Sandy Oregon to get it. Brought it home, and what d'ya know, that hubcap fits that truck. Found a 2nd one on ebay. Need 2 more.
