Birthday at Highland Park

I found this terribly treated photo of my Dad in the Spooler Room of Highland Park Textile Mill probably in the late 50's or early 60's. I tried fixing it up but it was almost beyond my ability.They apparently were having a birthday party for him. All mills there have been shut down for decades.

I'm from Highland Park..but that was NJ!!

There were three Highland Park Mfg. Companies in NC. No.1 and No.3(where that photo was taken) were in Charlotte and No.2 was in Rock Hill, SC. It shut down in 1969 and others followed.
