(I almost said, "wow, that's really sharp!" ) This captures beautifully the sense of age and craftsmanship that one frequently feels traveling in Italy. I particularly love the rendering of the wood texture. DaveT

Call me shallow, but I go nuts over the sharpness & detail. Texture (wood and metal) is fantastic.

It certainly helps that the light in this scene is very contrasty. It throws the detail into high relief.
