nothing cheap about a Zeiss anything.
 
I'll tell you, I never expected anything like these comments. Like the blind squirrel finding a nut, it was just a quick shot to catch my wife out on the overlook. She refuses to cooperate on photos. I really don't know how to react to such favorable comments from people whose own photography I so admire. But looking at it again, it might be the best landscape I've ever done. Imagine, just a test roll. This is nothing anybody would ever buy, but it will look wonderful above my own fireplace. And that is all I want.
 
I would hang this on my wall without hesitation. Very well done!!!
 
Thanks to all of you for your kind words. Actually, it's $20 plus $130 for CLA, shipping, and repair to the double-exposure preventer. But the Novar lens is worlds better than the 521/16 Novar from only 4 years earlier. I would not hesitate to take it on vacation as my only camera.
