An experiment - I thought the front/back posing worked well flipped and paired so the diagonals converged.

Interesting picture. The darkness of the left one bothers me a bit, but you can dodge the exposure to accentuate the bodies a little more. I'm guessing your goal was to have him/them blend into the landscape in somewhat the same vein as the ocean one though. Good series.
 
A very clever idea that comes off well, but I can't help but wonder were the 2 negatives scanned and joined using something like a Photoshop program. I would prefer to think that the photos were joined using darkroom skill.
