Test of Rollei Pan 25

I was curious to see if Rollei 25 was inherently too contrasty - apparently not. The grain is about as fine as CMS 20 II but there is detail in the shadows that CMS would have missed.

I had heard others say what you have and this certainly confirms it. I could try this film but only on the 2 hours of Florida sunshine we get once a year :D

You could always shoot at a higher ISO and develop it (or Pan F) a little longer to overcome your softer light. The only gripe I have about Rollei Pan 25 is that it is very curly, but that may also come from our relatively high humidity.
