A photograph is all about what you make of a scene. I saw an abandoned child's toy and goalposts and my immediate reaction was one of sadness not rapture. It might be a father's or mother's sadness that his/her young son is no longer there. He is now a man or father himself or worse he is now dead Either way it is "Memories of a Son". As parents we all lose young sons or daughters in that they grow up and cease to exist except in our memories. Only parents can experience that loss. It doesn't matter that my view of this picture is different from yours. This picture has still given me "food for thought"It works. Thank you
 
I laughed at the title you used for this print. It immediately reminded me of the front yards in my neighborhood when moms all around the block called out, "DINNER". Nice capture. Nice composition
