A very attractive scene. It looks to be abandoned but that may just be the impression that the scene gives. Is it and what's its history?Thanks

Officially it's the Mabel Burnham Home. Artists call it "Motif #2". That should give you an idea of how often it's photographed, painted, or sketched by artists. I believe it is still occupied to some extent. There's a clam diggers boat just to the left of the structure. If you google it you'll get a million hits with artwork, but very little history on her.
