I say you've done quite well. In my not quite as successful attempts, I find paper tends to be contrasty. That and usually a high sensitivity to blue light tends to wash out skies on paper, so your scanner is probably being stretched for dynamic range. Did you pre-flash the paper? (I'm guessing you did.) I didn't pre-flash but I feel that the negative is a bit overexposed. I used an ISO of 3, and I see some others are using an ISO of 6. So off for more experimenting. and it isn't technically my first neg, the first one I forgot to stop down after focusing so that one was black.
I'd say this is quite good. While the land seems of low contrast, you do have some cloud detail. I don't know who makes it, but I like Adorama VC RC for a lot of general work.
