I believe this may have been a saloon. and no it is not as isolated as it looks, there is 8 building i think, if you look closely you can see the nicely trimmed walking path in the lower right corner
 
This is the old Hotel View in Ashcroft. It's a ghost town outside of Aspen, Colorado. I would love to know what film and filtration you used to obtain this image.

You are correct. I guess I was really hoping it was a saloon :DI'll have to get back to you on that, if I can find the negative I can tell you for sure but its either efke 100 or delta 100, I dont think its hp5 (those are the films I was using at the time) as far as filtration goes it was either a polarizer or 25a. Sorry I dont have more concrete info but I never have been big on writing things down and it was about 4 years ago when I took this.
 
Thanks for the replies. So it may not be isolated in terms of there being other building but all the other buildings are part of what is now a ghost town. It must be an amazing place to visit. I can think of nothing like it in the U.K.
