This has the look of an infrared shot. How did you accomplish this?
 
This was shot a few years back in N.C. during the Winter. If I remember correctly, there might have been some frost on the foliage. I also like to print with a lot of contrast. I shot a lot of infra red early on and try to get some of that tonality in a lot of what I shoot. Sometimes I use filters and often if I'm shooting traditonal B&W, I will heavily manipulate the film through Stand Development in processing as well as adding extreme amounts of Sodium Sulfite to my HC-110(that can help out with those soft, sparkling highlights and give that old look when combined with contrasty printing and toning(and sometimes a little vaseline on a filter during printing for that early Edward Steichen look!).
