8x10 test passed!

- First shot with my new-to-me 8x10 camera (Cambo SCX).
- First shot with my new-to-me (probably 80 year old) Gundlach Turner Reich Convertible Anastigmat 12"/21"/28", only T, B, and 1/50 (it's missing a spring to get 1/20-1s). Front mounted to a Technika board using lens step-rings.
- First test with a roll of 9.5" x 125' of TMX Aerial film, cut to 8x9.5" with a paper guillotine (I'll get a film slitter one day).
- handheld Orange filter because I haven't made an adapter yet.
- metered at ei64 because I didn't know how expired the film was, guesstimated 1s using B, then Microphen times for ei100 anyway.
- First dev using my new CL81 8x10 reel

Looks like it passed all of the tests :)

Just proving again that, a) it's not so hard, and b) content aside, nothing beats a big contact print.

Thanks for all the love guys :smile: I wouldn't normally have so many variables, but I was just itching to get out and try the damn thing. I think the worst thing was from the CL81, because it's meant to hold a full 10" sheet, and this was only 9.5", it slipped out and scratched on the edge (cropped when scanning). Can't wait to contact-print it on the weekend. And develop the other one I shot, it'll look great too as long as the tripod didn't wobble too much. ps, not in California, although SA does look very similar. I found this spot walking down a dirt road last year for WPPD, and it's already one of my favourite spots (there are always great view around the hills, but almost mostly obscured by trees).
