You go into a combat area with nothing to protect you except a blue helmet. You work in areas where death, disease, and suffering is rampant. Difficult living conditions and (I'm guessing) lousy pay. A great portrait of someone doing great work.
 
Yes, a touching portrait indeed. What I like most is the map in the background - suggestive of a traveller that has been around and seen the best and worst of mankind.
