Made on a very warm afternoon, high 40s, a few days after one of our recent -12 degree nights.

Sometimes you rush to capture the light before it disappears, sometimes it gets better while you're loading a film holder... This was one of those lucky and all too infrequent latter experiences.

Thank you fellows. I feel like I'm really getting to know what shutter speed is going to give me a particular look, at least at the creeks I frequent the most.

Thanks fellows! There was lots of detail to go after in the highlight on the water but I settled on this happy medium as it seem to keep the warm feeling of light in the original seen.
