Good color nonetheless. I've been wanting to try Portra 160, and it looks like it has good saturation. Is this NC or VC?

NC and VC are no longer made there's only one Portra 160 now.

Still a great shot. I do pictures of my little one every birthday (and plenty in between). One year, I made a small album of the out-takes. My mom and mom-in-law LOVED it. A few out of focus ones were in that album. And half in frame, etc...

Take them at the wrong moment and at that age they will outrun a F5 on steroids never mind a manual. The phrase: "Greased Lightning" springs to mind, having chased my grand daughter with an AF Pentax 645N which, while not quite up to F5 standards isn't a bad AF system

Great picture ! I took hundreds of mine when he was that age and put them in albums. I took some pictures of my son and his wife last month and it is still enjoyable. Keep the pretty little lady in front of the camera as often as you can because it will go by very fast. I really enjoy looking at the pictures entered by the many members of APUG. Thank you for sharing, John.
