Pollock Variation #1

Chiseled/scratched negative. MGWT. Oils
I have some old 4x5 film I hit with multiple strobe bursts, then develop. I use exactos and chisels on the negative, then printed on Ilford warm tone. I used oil paints to add color, and erasers to remove it from parts. This one is influenced by Jackson Pollock. My favorite is the de Kooning I posted last week.

That is so trippy, Eddie. Lovely experimentation. I just saw about 70 Pollock paintings at an exhibition at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Copenhagen, Denmark, and I think you really are channeling some of Pollock's essence. Very cool.
