Regardless of the lady's good looks, and however cute speaking from a photographic point of view these picture are both overexposed to a significant degree and I find the light balance between the facial tones and the background far too great to be acceptable, I would feel the same about these shots if I had taken them you need to meter the background as well as the main subject and set the contrast ratio between them to be within the films ability to record them when considering your exposure.
Can't agree with Benjiboy on this. The lightness of tone keeps the mood of the snap well..er.. light. And I use the word 'snap' as a term of respect. Great fun and a good lookin' lass 'n all.
