You seem to have some problem with your photos as the left hand side appears to be darker than the RHS almost as if you were using a grad filter turned in the wrong direction. This appears in all 3 of your photos.

You are absolutely right. And I don't know what it is. At first I thought the sunshine. The red filter was put on correctly, as there is only one way to twist it on to the lens. So it cannot be the filter. Could it be a development issue? But not all frames in the roll present this issue, only the ones where the sunshine falls obliquely.... I don't know what it can be.
Could be uneven development from over- or under-filling your tank or from insufficient agitation. You could rule this out by sending a roll to a lab for development.

Thanks - I used a 500ml dilution, which is standard for one 120 roll. Agitation is 4 every 10 seconds, then one minute rest, in a 7-min rodinal dolution for Tri-x. Which is also standard. Some say it could be light in the tank??? I don't think so, but I would not be able to distinguish a light-in-the-tank issue.

I doubt that it is light in the tank. 500ml in a stainless steel tank may be too much developer. Try this, put an empty reel in the tank and pour in just enough water to cover the reel. I ended up with about 425ml. The extra space gives the developer room to move around during agitation. Also, 4 inversions every 10 seconds may be too much. Try about 5 seconds every 30 or 10 seconds every minute.

That's what I do: 10 seconds every minute (there are 4 inversions in ten seconds, the way I agitate... am I going to fast? I thought I was pretty slow, I've seen people shaking the tank like barmen! So would you say less developer? Hmmm ok! I am also starting to think it may be the Fixer. First, I never know how long an opened bottle of Rapid fixer lasts (some say 6 months, some 3) and then, how many rolls can I treat with one batch of Fixer? I usually do 4 120 rolls.... and the fixer is always clean... but maybe it's too much?
Fixer is probably not your problem. You can keep the ratio at 1:25 and cut the total volume. Rodinal has enough in it to go well over 1:100. Your agitation is more gentle than mine. I also agitate for the entire first minute.
