Agreed, I traveled the country and put my heart (and my wallet) into my Kodachrome project without ever really knowing what I was doing... I've learned so much the past two years it's amazing how I was so proud of my Kodachrome shots back then and now I look at them and think they are boring and I could have done so much with them. It's a shame, only a few stand out... but at least I did it. Still this is a really great image, everything is crisp... did you scan this or is this a print? I need your technique, I'm still getting some "blurry" results from the scan, no edge sharpness (to my satisfaction) etc. This is pleasant.

Thank you, guys. This is a scan from a mounted slide. What I really like is how the lamps are not blown out, but have a gentle, frosty feel. I'm not sure you want my technique, though. This image was taken during a severely painful episode of spasmodic back issues. I could not even bend to look through the view finder. (hence the crooked horizon) I just pointed the camera and guessed at the focus... but I got some wonderful images. I guess suffering for your art does have some meaning after all.
