A few of my favorite images from my 2010 Kodachrome adventure. This one was taken in the DC subway system, must have spent a good 30 minutes timing the trains and getting everything to come out like I wanted.
I honestly can't recall which one, I used many of the stations to travel around DC and just found this one at some point over the few days I spent there, I think it might be one of the ones in the center of the capitol, but I can't be sure honestly, I'm really bad at keeping track of such things...
I have a similar image on my website in b&w but yours is timed better.I shot back when there was an elevated hysteria so I did it "on the sly" sorta.Nice job Stone.

Ahh yes I saw, nice, I like the B&W look on the ceiling, nice contrast, but your train is arriving from the other direction This was a Kodachrome only project so no B&W for me. I like that you cut out the advertisement. I didn't have an array of lenses at that time and was stuck with that wider angle or nothing, although if it had been a more common add I would have preferred that, though the idea of working from home might seem common place as the world evolves as if "when did people NOT work from home?" in 100 years... who knows... I hope to go back soon! There was certainly a heightened awareness at the time, I didn't even know it wasn't ok to photograph the subways until later that day when I got surrounded by officers while at another station "you can't shoot into the tunnel" I was like... this is 64ASA film I'm not going to see anything "secret" haha, they let me go with a warning, I think all the film canisters in my bag helped seal the deal.
