Old Kirksville Cemetery

Taken with a Darlot-Jamin lens from 1861. Kodak Home Portait 3 8x10 with bellows squashed, darkcloth covering as many leaks as possible and lensboard reversed to allow focus. This allowed the entire image circle to be captured. This is just a proof using Centennial RC POP and scanned in with my super-high-quality $30 Dell printer with a scanner on it... Added note: Just to be clear, the whole point of using this combo is to capture the entire image circle into the film.

That being said-I like the qualities of this lens very much, but it might be better suited for a full plate size camera...like my R.O.C. Empire State # 1.
