Very cool. KL is one of my favorite cities in Asia. Were you in the Trader's Hotel? I hope to get back there one day.

Tony - yes, I was in the Trader's Hotel. They were great -- put me in a room even though I showed up at 9 in the morning after a late night flight. Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of time KL so didn't have much time to explore.Bertus - yes, 2.5 years! I've been in a darkroom 3 times over that time period, but it was mostly housekeeping (making contact sheets, fulfilling duties for the postcard exchange) in a rented space in Tokyo and a workshop last year in the U.S. I've been printing every day over the past 8 days, and that's just to get a decent supply of work prints done of my latest trip so I can figure out what I need to do next. But that really only deals with the last six months. Don't know how I'm going to deal with the last two years beyond that! Even if I never shoot another roll of film I'd have more than enough to keep me occupied in the darkroom for years to come.
