Sanukanchi Tamang stands in the courtyard of the Early Childhood Development Centre in Kathmandu, Nepal. The young girl inspired founder Pushpa Basnet to establish a home to shelter and help educate children who would otherwise be confined to a prison with their parents in the impoverished Himalayan country.
Great color photograph, Colin! I'm happy to read about the project, and that you took time to find out what they do, to share with your picture. That really adds to the photograph.
