Whirling Dervish

Well done! The sense of motion is great in this frame, the movement is almost tangible.

Wowza! Even the building is moving! Love the small island of stillness amid all the action. As if the whole universe is revolving around him. Was that on purpose, or a very fortunate accident?

Now that is a black and white! Love how the middle dancer's waist blends into the back, as moving and flowing and depth as it gets!

Thanks all for your taking the time to express what you see in the print, I almost passed this up, and only realized when looking at it in the darkroom on the light table that just the face on the Dervish in the foreground had no motion or focus blur. I'm still thinking about how this happened, the columns have motion blur but how do you pan on a turning point? But come to think of it He is not only turning he is also circling around the room, so a very short pan might do it. To uncertain for on purpose, happy enough with a very fortunate accident.
