Last day this horse, Doc, was alive. A sadly overlooked negative from this series I made three years ago.

Shannon was Doc's owner since he was a foal, and was his family until the day he passed away. He was a really lovely horse. This print will be delivered, framed, to Shannon on the three year anniversary of Doc's passing.

Forgive me if the scan is uneven. It's 14 inch square so I scanned it in four pieces and then stitched them together.

(PS. Scan looks way too dark on my work computer. I purposely left shadow detail out of the bottom right and bottom left, but hair, face, and Doc's head has good detail in the print)
