Pardon the unsolicited critique but.. honestly this makes me feel bad for the three underlings, who aren't in equal focus, and one fellow even lost an eye. Sorry, this one just doesn't work for me. But it's an extreme rarety that I see something from you that I don't instantly adore!

The eye thing doesnt bother me - by definition band photographs have a rather looser interpretation. What's a weakness in other genres is just part of the creative process there...the rules don't necessarily apply.
What I notice is the balance of the people, the posing but mostly the glorious light. Not sure how you do that but I'd happily buy as many rounds as it'd take to get you to explain it someday.

Beautifully androgynous. I think it's two guys and two girls, but I'm still not 100% sure.

Four young people with new hair cuts, well the dominant figure is positively glowing with the new haircut. I would go so far as to suggest a separate crop from her neck up, makes a quite brilliant picture on it's own. As presented, it's striking. Mick.
