This is the big chicken that advertises one of the best fried chicken joints in Texas. I loved the colors in this one, and even though centered subjects are a no-no, I like the vintage feel of this one.

I think the composition is great. The chicken may be centered, but the rich pink storefront on the left has a lot of tension with the gray and black of the open storefront on the right.

Actually it seems all the new cool stuff features centered subjects. We have a chicken here in Calgary just like it. It's been a landmark for the chicken joint for years. I think I have a B&W image of it in my gallery.
