Diana on Revere

I'm continuing to experiment with Revere paper for palladium printing. This is the light weight version. The print is very smooth with deep darks and clean sparkling highlights. The surface of the paper has a satin like sheen. The scan here however shows a bit of texture that's not actually apparent in the print. Also, because the paper is wavy after processing, it didn't scan smoothly and evenly. But here it is, and I think image wise I like it better than the version on COT 320. You can compare them in my uploads gallery.

I really love this print, Doug. Beautiful, and a very interesting pose.

Beautiful. I love this process, however the bit of (backdrop cloth?) showing in the upper left is a little bothering to me.

Thanks for viewing and commenting. I will crop that bit of white under a matte. That was a piece of foam core on a light stand, keeping the umbrella light off the background. Diana, being a dancer, is always ready with good poses.

this is lovely, the light the warmth and mystery...very nice! can't wait to get to where I can print!
