Yes, definitely worth printing. It's a nice vertical composition in my opinion. I would move the right piling into the frame to balance with the left side, or crop it out if that is the frame edge.

The ripples on the water add a nice effect, especially with the reflections. If it were my photo I would crop as suggested by mts as well as printing it.

Always print Cormorants, particularly when it also results in a nice picture as in this case!
