Here is a self portrait (there is a set of 16 but I wont bore you with all of them here...) taken on my Pentax 110 slr reloaded with black and white (HP5) film...
My self imposed rules were
1) It ALL had to be hand held
2) It all had to be naturall light

Very nice series of images. The abstraction of a known subject, elegance of the subject and composition are why I like them.

The whole process was really amusing actually because conversations about the prints (which had an ickle exhibition) invariably got around to "...so what EXACTLY is that...."

yeah me too, i adore it... Ive shot a LOT of stuff on colour I need to get deved, but I plan to do some respooling again soon... I will be scanning more of the portrait stuff soon, so will keep the gallery updated!
