She does seem cheerful, indeed. It shows how important portraits of our loved one are.
 
You really nailed a great portrait. She jumps right off the page! With that look in her eye she's somebody one would like to meet over a kitchen table with coffee and cookies. And she has cherry kool-aid waiting for the kids.
