Very well executed and great tones. A colour version might also work well with the autumnal colours around just now. My only suggestion for improvement (and it's being a bit picky, I know) would be to concentrate more on one or two trees and less on less of a general view, as my eye is wandering around the shot looking for some strong visual element to rest upon.
A really nice shot, all told, though.
