Just beautiful! I think the tonality is spectacular; the eyes are terrifically engaging and interesting. I do find myself wanting to see the whole face, but that's not a criticism: this certainly does stand out even more by virtue of the unusual framing. Very, very well done! Great image. And I hope this isn't an insult, but this would make a very effective magazine or book cover.
