Doug, it's a print that is overexposed in the enlarger, and subsequently developed in dilute lith developer, with Fotospeed LD20 probably something like 1+24 Part A and 1+24 Part B and mixed together. That process brings out all sorts of crazy colors with papers that are suitable for the process. Polywarmton was especially good for this.
